Yes, simply navigate to the ‘Manage’ portal to access the Users tab.

Users who have not had their welcome email sent are marked with an 'X' label alongside their name. Simply check the desired users (using the corresponding tick boxes) and click on the 'Actions' button and click 'Send Welcome Email’.
 

It can take up to 20 minutes for a user to receive their welcome email (depending upon the user’s email system). If the user has not received the email please log a ticket at and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.
